Getting started

1. Create or open your meeting board

Start from the RollCall Live dashboard and choose the meeting you want to monitor.

2. Upload the roster CSV

Upload a CSV with participant names, emails, and meeting roles. Use the roster guide for recommended fields.

3. Sync from Zoom

Use Sync from Zoom to pull the current participant list. Keep the board open during the meeting so the support team can see live changes.

4. Review categories

Check voters, observers, guests, and unmatched participants before attendance-sensitive agenda items.

5. Set quorum

Click the quorum card and enter the required threshold when quorum is being tracked.

6. Export the attendance log

After the meeting, export the attendance log for your meeting file.
